Movement

Movement is done with every part of your body. It is done with your head, eyes, mouth,(face), shoulders, arms, chest, stomach, back, waist (hips), legs. and feet. There is not one part of your body that cannot be a part of movement. There is fast movement, slow movements, but you have to remember that every movement is your own. Every person has different interpretations of different music and sounds. Just because your movement is not the same as another person, does NOT mean that your movement is wrong, just different.

Exploring The Arts

In this amazing school that i go to at the moment, Booker T. Washington Exploratory Arts Academy,  we have a very interesting class that i believe I am very lucky to be taking. This corse is called Nu-Works. In our Nu-Works class we explore ALL of the arts not only the arts that we come to the school for. We explore the Visual, Musical, Theatrical, and Dancing parts of our campus. We work with computers and cameras, and what better way to use these things than to show off our talents. We make short videos to do exactly that... show off our talents. One person would play an instrument while the other danced and another person spoke with a very artistic splash of vibrant or dull colors in the background depending on the emotion and meaning of the mood seen in the film.
